COVID-19 Statement

Modified Holiday, Weekend Hours

Due to the increased COVID-19 cases in the State of Georgia reported by Georgia Department of Health (GDPH) and Executive Order 2020-113 by The Office of Mayor, customers are asked to wear masks during notarization services indefinitely.  The wellness of our customers and staff are top priority.

Also, The passage of The  Georgia COVID-19 Pandemic Business Safety Act limits liability for individuals and entities faced with COVID-19 liability claims resulting in the “transmission, infection, exposure, or potential exposure” to COVID-19 that does not amount to “gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm.”

WARNING:  Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises.

Our weekday hours have not changed; holiday and weekend hours have changed to 8AM-6PM on (Saturdays-Sundays) and do not include eNotary or remote notary services.

One of the services offered by our organization is traditional notarization, which requires the signer of the document to be present.

WARNING:  Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises.
